Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining office facilities.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with document preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with management claims & submission
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.

 

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a SPM or relevant or equivalent in professional certificates
  • Fresh grade is encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Fluent in both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Analytical, problem solver and multitasker
  • Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

 

Employment Type:  Permanent (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AP, AR & GL function
  • Maintain supplier invoices/bills, debit notes and credit notes in timely manner
  • Ensure proper recording of monthly transections
  • Ensure timely payment processing based on outstanding aging
  • Perform interbank fund transfer
  • Responsible in issuance of sales invoices on monthly and weekly basis
  • Ensure timely collection from customer
  • Perform supplier and customer reconciliation based on statement of account
  • Perform journal posting for fixed asset accounting, inter-company transaction, accrual and etc
  • Maintain proper records of fixed assets register
  • Perform monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet analysis
  • Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards
  • Liaison with auditor & tax agent
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave, incentives and other compensation calculations), submission of statutory contribution and reconciliation.
  • Ensure on time processing of the scheduled payroll runs.
  • Solve issues and errors that blocks the payroll run from completion.
  • Timely handle payroll-related inquiries or requests from employees and meet SLA requirements.
  • Handle reconciliation process with associated reports, ensure compliance and accuracy of the payroll, ensure Posting to Finance process payments timely execution including bank file.
  • Prepare payroll related reports including payroll summary, sharing cost and other ad-hoc report.
  • In charge of yearly form EA preparation and form E submission.
  • Responsible to monitor statutory and legal changes and ensure the changes reflect on the payroll. This includes testing payroll system and moving the changes to production system.
  • Provide suggestions on payroll process enhancements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information and maintain appropriate documentation and filing systems.
